replace floor, keep cabinets?

I'm planning to replace tile flooring (with new tile) in my entire downstairs while remodeling the kitchen. The 1 potential issue I haven't considered is the bathroom vanity base cabinet (smaller than 36") and an identical one right outside the door. I could but don't really want to replace those. Can they just be moved in order to lay the tile? I would prefer the flooring to go underneath. Any potential problems with that?
