Exterior Window Trim Repair

I’m looking to repair some parents of my window trim that have fallen off. I’m not sure what product I’m looking for, or how to go about this. Maybe there a good YouTube video, but I don’t know the type of material that I’m looking for.

The lower part of my brick house has some kind of thin masonry cover, and then it’s painted over. This shell is coming apart over part of my window and around the sterile door. I previously tried repairing with some textured caulk, but I’m not really happy with how that looks.
