How to remove light tubes?

I need to replace the fluorescent light tubes in my basement, but I don't know how to get the tubes out. The other fluorescent fixture in my basement has obvious slots where the pins slide out, but this one she's not (circled in red). How does this kind of fixture work? Both ends of the fixture look the same. How do I get the tubes out?
