Should I read the manga?

Hi! I am new in this community and I started to watch anime again after how many years. I finished all the episodes of horimiya and i just want to ask if I should read the manga or not? Is the ending of the anime is the same as the manga? or there are more stories that are not included in the anime like what happened after they graduated??
