Teeth Whitening Strips

Somehow I can't find the answer to this anywhere, but are you supposed to use white strips before or after brushing your teeth? Also, is there an amount of time you should wait between the strips and brushing?

Appreciate any insight on this! Hope it's okay I'm asking this here since it's part of my glow up journey.
