[HIRING] Looking for artists that do non-AI adoptables, $100+

Edit: I'm just going to close this, because I don't feel like people understand what I'm looking for. Only looking for premades, not looking to commission someone.

I am looking for artists who do non-AI adoptables, and sell them on sites like Deviant Art. Basically, premade characters, created by real artists, and then put up for sale.

Looking for ones that would have commercial rights, such as use on book covers (ebook and print). Obviously, I know they'd be way more expensive then the AI ones. $100+ is basically what I am expecting.

Looking for fantasy characters and anime styles.

Why? Premade book covers are an option for authors, but they are usually photobashes, 3D renders, or just regular stock photos. I am looking for a similar option for original illustrated characters, specifically anime style ones. The artists are free to create whatever they want, instead of sticking to a rigid commission guideline, and if an author finds something they like, they can mold the character in their story around the finished art/character.

When it comes to premade covers, it's nice being able to see exactly what you're paying for, instead of rolling the dice on a custom made cover, so it's kind of the same idea here. You also get the art right away, since it's already done, instead of waiting a few months for the artist to complete.

I know AI made adoptables are super popular, but I don't support AI and would like to know if any real artists do this kind of work. Thank you.
