Irrelevant subjects ruining chances

Hii just wanna rant a bit… German is really messing me up rn. When I signed up for ib i didn’t know how hard is German b and I immediately asked to change to ab initio after the first week. I couldn’t. Apparently there are too many people in ab and too little in b. So I have to spend time on a language I don’t need nor care. But I hate this language and I have more important subjects to worry about, now the PGs coming up, I’m missing 1 mark in total from very prestigious unis requirements and I’m so furious knowing I’m so close yet can never reach it. Because i can’t get a top mark from German. I’m not the best at humanity but for German? I wasn’t even good enough to be in this course and I’m not allowed to change.
