Future Guidance for a better IT career.

Hello Everybody, I am a software developer with 3 years of experience and have recently transitioned to a new role. In my previous job, I worked primarily as a frontend developer with limited involvement in project execution. Currently, I am gaining hands-on experience in Azure DevOps, which I find both engaging and a great learning opportunity.

I am eager to further enhance my technical expertise and advance my IT career. I would appreciate guidance on advanced courses or certifications that could help me grow professionally. Additionally, I am looking for recommendations on what I can do beyond my regular work to improve my skills and expand my career prospects.
