In the video Kanye comments that all this has been to show how powerful he is.

He says that he doesn't really think these things, but he wanted to show that he can say whatever he wants without consequences.

Basically he says that he didn't do it because he wanted to, but because he could.

He also clarifies that he is sorry for the things he has said.
