KOBE V Chaos H12/GK issues

Got these for my birthday last march, used them probably less than 10 times.

Dunno what happened but after the 2nd use those parts started to tear. Did something like this ever happened to you guys?

Also is it normal that the outsole is actually pretty hard, that it makes them too slippery?

I had few 6’s GK but imho the V’s outsole seems too hard ( i got undefeated retail and their outsole is way way softer ) or maybe i just had a defective one?
