Trisha krishnan and Rana daggubati

They were dating in the mid 2010's and then they broke up. After which they were on a non talking phase but then they remained friends. Before or on Rana's wedding day , trisha posted a story of how being friends with your ex is a sign of being crazy but deleted it later. In the past few weeks we were discussing about how trisha again had started posting weird quotes targeting a person. Today I went on Rana's instagram page and saw that trisha has unfollowed him but he still follows her. Were the stories targeting him and why?
