Considering a 2013 Land Rover LR4 HSE - with 176k miles

So I stumbled across a 2013 Land Rover LR4 HSE this weekend for only $8500 and I'm seriously interested. I have wanted one of these for quite a few years and just didn't think I could afford one and this falls into that area of I'm not sure I could afford not to do it. Owner claims that it's killing him to sell it but his older dog cannot get into it anymore and it's time to let it go. It looks SUPER clean and well taken care of. It has an Experian report attached to it, and shows nothing of the oil changes on file. The only record I see is this one showing transmission service done at 72k miles. This guy has owned it since he got it with 20k miles on it.

My big question for you all is if I go look at this, is there anything I should look for or focus on during a test drive? Any specific obvious signs of specific issues? I am going to see if he'll let me get it inspected by a mechanic, but if there was something common I should look for, it might help me spot an issue before I do this.

Thanks!

EDIT: I have new information that fills in a lot of the confusion and issues I originally had. Keeping the original above for context. The LR4 is owned by a lady who bought the vehicle at 20k miles. She had her boyfriend list the car for her so that he could handle selling it. However, shortly after that happened, they broke up. So she's now having to handle everything on her own. She has the full CarFax report on the car printed out but apparently her BF didn't attach it to the listing and she doesn't know how to do that. So she brought the printed version with her when I looked at the car. There was an Experian report attached to the listing but it was missing some of the maintenance records. She did have an issue with the cooling system a while back and she has the records for that work.

I am working with her to get it inspected prior to moving forward. It looks like it's been well taken care of however, I don't know that it's been looked at with a fine toothed comb for specific issues like the coolant cross over pipes and the timing chain guides. I'm going to mention these to the mechanic before they look at it. I appreciate everyone's input and feedback. It's helped me go in with a better idea what to look for and to listen for. I hopefully will know more later this week.

Final Update:

I jumped in feet first. I brought it home yesterday. The inspection went off extremely well. When I called to schedule the inspection, the mechanic immediately started telling me about how much of a problem they are, and am I aware of the timing chain issues. I explained I am and I wanted his opinion to see how it looked. So he went and took a look and did a deep dive inspection on it. When he called me back the following day with his report, he was much calmer and said it was in really great shape. Needs a battery soon but other than that it looked really good.

I was able to get the Carfax report from her and after digging through that I found that she already replaced the coolant pipes, water pump was replaced, fuel pump replaced, lower control arms replaced and the A/C compressor was replaced. Has new tires and brakes as well. I am super excited to drive this around and hope to arrange a short offroad test run sometime in the future to stretch her legs a little. Thanks for all your input and information. It helped me be more prepared going into this with the knowledge I needed to ask the right questions. Hopefully I'll get many miles of running with it. And here is a picture of it when I got it home.
