I got attacked by my housemate!! can I get a non-molestation order

I am 20 years old and I live in a student house. About 3 weeks ago i got attacked by one of my troublesome housemates. I was friends with all my housemates before apart from her, as she is the same age as the rest of us but was in the year below. However, she was known to have arguments with a lot of people.

In October she tried attacking another one of my housemates but was held back by another person. This time she knocked on my door and as soon as I opened the door she jumped on me and started punching me. The police were called on her and since this was her first offence she wasn’t arrested but was given a community resolution and a fine even after that, she continued to make threats to a different housemate saying she was lucky she didn't slap her up over social media. I had to go to the hospital for my injuries i sustained a busted lip and some bumps to my head.

The university was contacted I assume they are suspending or excluding her. My problem is that I still legally have to live with her. She hasn't slept in the house since the incident, she has been staying at her friend's house but she comes in in the middle of the night as she still has the keys to the property which leaves everyone in the house in fear of what she will do next as she has proven herself to be very.

The landlord has been made aware but he said the process of evicting her would take months to do, so my best option is to get an injunction. I have been to my local court house and I have seen a judge about the situation and to get a non-molestation order. The judge said he did believe me on everything as I had picture evidence of my injuries and the police slip that was given to me. But he did say that I should seek legal advice on whether I have applied for the correct injunction or if there is a more relevant injunction for me as non-molestation orders are for “households” as in families/ partners. Still, since we live in the same house we are kinda associated. He gave me a court date for the 8th of March but told me I could withdraw it if I felt there was a more relevant injunction. My question is if anyone could help me on what to do with all of this?
