Fresh out the box legion 7i tips

Hello, figured it was appropriate to come here but it make it short i got a legion 7i couple days ago and wanting some advice to make this laptop run smoother or ways to improve it. I already removed mcafee ,installed latest drivers from nvidia and turned on conservation mode when i play, is there anything else i should do ? or any ways to make games run smoother and not have my fans sound like a jet engine lol ? thanks in advance !
