Looking for a photo analysis model

I just got about 1000 old baby pictures scanned and they came back in all sorts of orientations and colors (faded, sepia from age, etc). I'm looking for a model that can analyze and tell me (or actually implement the changes) to just get them to a decent state before I need to manually touch them.

I checked the regular search engines but couldn't find anything that was a SaaS with a fee attached (and one photo at a time, i.e. manual) which is not what I'm looking for. I also would rather do this locally and not send the photos out.

I have the photos both local and in google photos, if that helps.
