[lotm V4] Anderson hood

I didnt understand what happened to Anderson hood properly, I know that he got massive amounts of hunter beyonder characteristics injected into him by adam, but what does it have to do with mpreg?!! If the mpreg thing is reference to something that happens later on in the story, pls correct me, thnks
