Seem to stop growing and stems getting yellow - GT

First timer here. So much varied tips and tricks online, wondering what's going on with my block. I have them in a mono tub for fruiting but the grow has seemed to stall before the caps opened up...? No new growth for the last week. Are these dying? I am a complete noob, so maybe I'm just being impatient???
