Who gets the Bed?

Ok so, let´s say....Husband and Wife are sleeping over at a family member´s house for a week. There is only one small bed and the other person has to sleep on the ground. Who do you think should sleep on the bed and who on the ground (on a mattress of course) if both people have no health or back issues. My mom is adamant that I as the wife am supposed to want my husband to be comfortable and offer him the bed. But at the same time wouldn´t my Husband want me to be comfy as a Gentleman?? Genuinely curious about yall´s opinion.
