It's okay to eat the same food every day?

So after waking up i ate a cheese chapati pie and coffee and water. In the middle of the day I eat an apple and at the end of the day I have black tea with mint and a peanut sandwich.

Is that okay? I noticed that my stools are harder but that's good for me because I had problems with bowel movements before due to soft stools.

I sometimes eat other food but not always.
