Is this normal or not

Ok so, whenever I play mm with a critical build like on Miya and layla, I always tend to sell boots for a second windtalker and do the same if I haven't bought it. Like it gaves the same amount of speed as boots with 2 windtalker with some extra attack speed too and I know the passive don't stack up I think. Soo am I just being weird for it
