Im taking none of the drink packages.

Im from the Caribbean and will be doing my first cruise Iceland/Norway/Belgium route next year August on the Prima. My funds will be tightly managed so im not taking any of the drink packages. Is tap water and black coffee the only free drinks im entitled to? I have other family members from the US and UK who will be taking drink packages. Is it against the rules to get drinks from them?
