I wanna smoke what Tobirama was smoking when he made Hiruzen the next hokage

Hiruzen is genuinely the most incompetent hokage. Firstly, most of his hokage decisions were heavily influenced by Danzo and the elders, its like this guy could rarely make decisions for himself.

His treatment of Naruto, after Minato and Kushina died genuinely baffles me, he gave the kid a house, money and supplies to live alone and do his shit, even at my age I have troubles living alone.

Orochimaru - Where tf do I begin, Hiruzen finds orochimaru who has killed several leaf village shinobi and Anbu at this point, Orochimaru then proceeds to kill the Anbu that were with Hiruzen, Hiruzen's monkey summon is yelling at hiruzen to kill him, yet that moron just stands there and lets Orochimaru walk away.

Uchiha clan massacre - Shisui was about to use his Mangekyo ability to stop the Uchiha clan from attacking the leaf, but no, Danzo the stupid mf he is, takes Shisui's eye, and gets itachi to wipe out his clan. What is this damn stupidity here? What was Hiruzen doing? Giving head to Danzo?
