Is anyone a ‘clinical effectiveness facilitator’?

I’ve enquired about the role but still non the wiser. They say it’s ‘undertaking NICE guideline assessments’ and tracking incidents.

Anyone do this role or know of it? What do you think it would be like? I’m just intrigued as I’ve never seen it before.
