Who should I focus on raising?

Hey there! I’m starting to run out of one-time sources of XP and it’s putting a pinch on my plans to raise certain units. I’ve already semi-raised or raised all the ones I care about as a fan, so I’m comfortable looking at the ones I should raise as a player alone. Patching holes in my roster, pushing a unit to its limits, any insight on what to do next would be appreciated. If it affects the insight, I’m planning to go to 200 pulls on the MT banner coming up and pity Rinyuu to make my sustain life way easier (I know Richard would also be good here but I feel like Rinyuu outright trivializes a lot of content if your team can survive a single round of hits? That would also be welcome insight!)

Any big bursts of XP I may be missing by the way? I’ve been using my daily caits and the job tower nuts, but I can’t think of anything else. I can 1/1 round the Auguste refight with my sword roster, but doing that for the hours I’d need to kinda… sucks. Especially with no emulator.
