How many lootboxes total can you get this week?

From what I understand, you can only get 18 normal boxes at the moment - 5 from the discord quest, 10 from the event challenges and 3 more from the weekly challenges. Yet somehow one of my friends is at 24. Am I missing anything? How can you get more lootboxes?
