Pre-order Cancelled but still received the Cashback Promo

Hello! So I received a text message today from Metrobank na pumasok na yung cashback ko from my pre-order last January for samsung s24. Nagulat ako since nacancel ko na yung order ko and successfully refunded na din pero nareceive ko pa din yung cashback ko haha.

May nakaexperience na ba ng ganito sa inyo?
