OLED VRR Flickering?

One of the reasons why i had the excuse to upgrade to the PS5 Pro is i already had a good monitor to feel the difference. 4K 32inch 144hz VRR and so far Im enjoying my time and 700 british pounds for 4K(I know dynamic) 60fps gameplay its a pretty good deal i would say considering the new 5090 costs a kidney. But my display is an IPS panel and im looking to upgrade to OLED.

But the main thing holding me back is the VRR flickering thing i keep reading online about it and im wondering hows everyones experience and if any of you have encountered this sort of thing with the PS5 Pro or if you own an LG monitor. Thanks
