Mohela - IDR/ICR PSLF

I applied for consolidation loan, PSLF, and an ICR loan back in 04/2024. The consolidation got processed right away but still waiting for ICR application to go through and my servicer is Mohela. Anybody else have to wait this long. Would I qualify for any PSLF adjustment still? | tried calling servicer and they just said to wait.
