Trade sellers not responding

Been using the PoE2 Trade site all morning to whisper, to buy a particular unique ring.(Polcirkeln Sapphire Ring) The sellers i whisper are selling it for 1x exalted, or 2x, some 5x exalted. (5x exalt is the max i can afford).

Every single one that i've whispered to, has not responded. I've been trying this for 3hours.
This is my first attempt at doing trading in my years of playing poe, so i don't know if this is normal or not.
I understand that people can be doing maps or bosses, so i'd wait 10-15mins between each whisper.
Are wait times this long?
Do i keep on whispering until someone responds?
