Air flow temp problem
My GPU always max out at 83C (max operating temperature). I cleaned everything, I installed a hanging fan that blows the hot air away from the GPU. When I leave my case open it maxes out at about 79C what is ok but not optimal. Are there any ways to improve the air flow in this situation?
