Red CPU light after upgrading PC

Hello! Today, I went out and got a Ryzen 9800x3D and a AsRock B650E Steel Legend. To pair with the new configuration, I also got 2 16gb RAM sticks. Now, after setting everything up, when I try to boot up my PC, everything seems powered on, even the CPU fans, but also the red CPU light on the motherboard. What could be the cause to this?
