Is it actually possible to do everything in one playthrough?

I was just playing Persona 5 royal and you know how the characters get their third personas but only after you woke them up from Maruki's influence and you basically hang out with them and they speak to you before they get a new persona? Well throughout the entire game up until the deadline for Maruki's palace, Sumire did not want to speak until the second of February in my game which is right before the deadline and that's also on the same day Maruki comes to speak to you so you can hand him the calling card. On the exact same day, i got another mementos request but considering that the second of February is like the final free day, it would be impossible for me to go see Sumire and get her final persona and complete the final mementos request unless Sumire wanted to speak earlier.

This makes me think that it's impossible to do literally everything no matter what in Persona 5 Royal, even if you have all of your stats maxed out from the beginning of a save file because you brought them over from a previous save file. In the end, I chose to get Sumire's final persona over take on the final two mementos requests so hopefully the guy obsessed with the idol and the streamer causing trouble in Kichijoji change on their own.

I'm also nearly done with the game, tomorrow I will be facing Dr Maruki so wish me luck. I remember his fight being extremely difficult last time I played the game.
