Can I pay off car loan early?

I’m looking to buy a new used car, there is a good deal for one I’m looking at but the catch is the dealership requires you to finance to get it at that price. I want to pay cash. Can I just start the financing then pay it all off at once? Or could there be a clause that is legally binding that says I need to finance the car through the whole term?
