Financial Advisor Qualifications to provide personal advice

Im wanting to look at either being a mortgage broker or financial planner.

From my understanding i need to get the Financial Advice level 5 certificate but I do have some questions.

1) To provide personal financial plans do i need to have any further education or is the certificate enough?

2) To be a mortgage broker do i need to have any further education or is this enough? I assume there would be further work getting accredited in different banks products?

3) Where is the better place to get the certificate completed? If you have done either it would be great to get your thoughts on them. thank you!

Massey

Leaning towards this one as Massey university sounds better, its done via Kaplan. I can then do further studies into financial planning.
