Which hat has more damage?

I’m looking for equipment that adds the most damage to Backup

Both the Kings crown and Serious Man’s Hat enable added weapon damage, but serious man’s hat gives added damage to Backup only.

Which hat gives the most damage to backup or are they equal? If equal there is no us at all for Serious Man’s hat.
