anti-psychotic meds

hey everyone im new here and i dont really know what to say or anything. so im just going to say something that happened a couple days ago.

so my friends are always asking me like, "Why dont you ask for help" and stuff like that

so i opened up to my psychiatrist a bit, and the only thing she did, was give me MORE anti-psychotic meds.

just to keep in mind, i am quite messed up in the head. like for example im on anti-psychotics, antidepressants, mood stabler meds, adhd and a couple more

i just wanted to write and tell this story because its really hard for me to open up.
