Trouble logging into Kuro Games account in PGR menu

So basically I’m just starting PGR for the first time on PC and I’d like to login with the same Kuro Games account that I used for WuWa. However when I open the game the only option appears to be to login with Google, Apple or Facebook.

I tried to click the “switch account” button thinking that it would let me login with my existing Kuro Games account but it didn’t do anything at all. I’m assuming that’s because I’m technically not logged in yet, so there’s no account to “switch” from. Maybe? Or is the game just bugging?
