People With Glasses and Contacts

I wear glasses or contacts and have been using my Quest 3S with my contacts. However, it has me sleeping in them more and then they get more blurry (my contacts are meant to be slept in for up to a week). I'm curious if people like having lenses made for the Quest better or using their contacts? I'm considering having lenses made and then I can just keep my contacts out more and wear my glasses when not using the Quest. Also, not sure how difficult it is to change the Quest lenses? Anyone with experience with these things willing to share any thoughts?
