Suggestions on how to help myself wake up?

I want to start trying to quit vaping, my game plan for awhile has been switch to pouches, lower the intake per buy, and then quit so my Nic intake is lowered. The only problem I’ve noticed when there’s been a time I was out of nicotine, waking up is significantly harder. I’m just curious if anyone has had any success with finding a way to wake up easier while quitting.
