Slight clicking on left trigger

So my Rog ally has a very slight clicking noise and a little resistance whenever I push all the way down on the left trigger, its barely noticeable but I just want to know if I should be worried for any reason. if that might be a sign of larger damage or if I should just be a little more careful cause it does tend to drop off my counter fairly frequently. I was also wondering how simple it would be to unscrew it and try and fix the problem myself? I have managed to take apart my ps5 controller and do some minor repairs on it a few times so I have some experience, but a ps5 controller is a lot more replaceable than my ally
