What if RWBY had a Crossover with Shingeki No Kyojin?

What I'm going to present to you is a whole mess, so be careful.

To start, let's be pretty clear. This will probably NEVER happen. But that doesn't mean it wouldn't be great to imagine what it could be like.

Come on, it's an exercise in imagination. Why not?

Now, what would it be about?

I think the answer would be somewhat obvious. How are both franchises similar? Besides having giant monsters that devour people, they both share the plot of racism and discrimination.

The faunus in RWBY and Ymir's subjects in Shingeki.

So I think it could be something related to that. For example, using some ancient relic of the previous humanity (The First Humanity) or something related to the Paths, a portal would open which would connect both worlds.

There Marley and the SDC would come into contact. The SDC would sell weapons to Marley in order to defeat Eldia. While Marley would give the SDC metal mineral resources and help them conquer Menagerie to enslave the faunus.

In this way, Menagerie would be invaded by a military power with modern Dust weaponry.

It is then that the Survey Corps and Ruby's team would have to join forces to defeat this evil duo.

I was thinking that the crossover would take place between volume 2 and 3. And for SNK it would be after the attack on Liberio.

There is something interesting here because both series handle racism differently.

In RWBY it is more of a social thing, since governments in theory make both humans and faunus equal. In theory, in practice we already know that this is not the case.

In Shingeki No Kyojin on the other hand it is much more brutal. The governments are openly discriminatory and oppressive.

In RWBY slavery and attempts to place the faunus in Menagerie are things of the past.

In Shingeki there is an open attempt at genocide against the population of Paradis.

In RWBY the White Fang is openly a villain that our heroes can defeat without problems.

In Shingeki the Yaegerists are more of a morally grey faction and used to be friends and allies of our protagonists.

In RWBY Adam Taurus is a bastard who only cares about power and revenge.

In Shingeki both Eren and Floch only want to protect the island and are willing to do anything to achieve it.

So, I also feel that it would be interesting to see a union between the White Fang and the Yaegerists.

Then see a moral contrast between both groups of antagonists.

Eren would end up hating the White Fang as he considers them crazy people who don't care about their own people.

Adam would consider the Eldians inferior, since they are basically just humans with powers.

For their part, I feel that the girls would be horrified to see what Armin and the Survey Corps were willing to do. You know, destroy Liberio and kill a lot of innocent people.

I wouldn't be surprised if in this alliance between both factions, Armin and others are willing to work with the White Fang initially (until they see how radical they are, obviously).

So I think that very interesting moral contrasts would form.

In the end, I think Jacques and Marley would be defeated, at least for now. And both groups would say goodbye to each other by going to their respective worlds.
