I feel sorry for fans of famous people

I just came back from a concert of a famous Colombian singer Karol G. The thing is i felt so bad for a couple of her fans.. the first time there were thousands of people waiting outside her hotel and she came out and greeted them. But the last night prob. They were waiting for her to check out of the hotel and leave.. there were like 20-30 fans who waited 12 hours for her to came out. I was in a hotel near hers and i could see this.. the people were there for 12 hours and i dont know if they even seen her. There were also mother with little kids.. i cant imagine standing for 12 hours just so see someone. I dont judge it is just that i felt bad for the people and the little kids. It was cold and also raining!
