Passenger door won’t open

This is a 2017 Range Rover HSE and I have attached two videos showing how the passenger door won’t open. It has this double lock system where you have to pull the door handle twice for it to open. When I pull on it the first time it opens up a bit but as I pull a second time it will not open.
