I hate work place drama.

I hate going to work and watching multiple higher ups fight like toddlers. Trying to show each other up. Then thinking it's ok to drag me into the middle and choose sides. I come to work to support myself and my family not to play sides and pick favorites. These higher ups don't even work in my area or even manage that area. It's to the point I dread even going to work.
