Advice For Reason Newcomer (Ableton Experience) (Theme suggestions)

Hey y'all! I've been a music producer for a couple of years now, so I've got the basics down. My DAW of choice for that time has been ableton, but as my music has gotten more complex, there's more and more I wish I could do and I want more and more control, so I downloaded reaper. But it's a little intimidating. Does anyone have any advice? Should I use a theme or reaper stock? If I use a theme, should it be one that emulates ableton to help me transition, or should it be something completely different? Should I make my own theme to customize my workflow? Do any of y'all do that? Do you guys know the best places to get themes? Does anybody have a tutorial series they really like, or is intuitive enough just to figure out on your own?
