What are your thoughts on SYNC CityLine apartment complex?

Google reviews on this complex are a mix bag. I lived close to a Dart station and I know the impact. This is not what I am worried about. I am more curious about the amenities, the units themselves, and the overall living experience there. What is most important is the easy access to 75. Any comments or feedback on this complex?
