How long are you planning to keep your Rivian? Ride into the ground or plan to upgrade next Gen/refresh/newer year?

Currently just started leasing a Gen 2 R1S, which has been incredible. I see myself keeping this vehicle for a long time but I’m debating on whether it makes sense to buy out the lease or just wait the 2 years and see what purchase/lease options are out there at that time, and how the brand improves as well. My residual value came in pretty high (around $70k) for my Dual Performance AT Package - on a 2 year 15k/yr mile lease, which equates to around 72% residual. I should also note, I most likely will drive closer to 20k miles a year so that’s going into my decision making…. I don’t really see a wrong way to do it but I’m leaning towards just waiting it out vs pulling the trigger on the buyout sooner. Anyone in a similar situation?
