OMG AppleTV + Retroarch is Amazing!

I had posted a while back asking about the 4k Gamesticks and how good they are for emulation since I was considering buying. I already have an Anbernic handheld which I love but I wanted something small that would allow me to easily play on a TV with a controller.

Yesterday I thought I’d do a quick search and see what the state of emulation was on AppleTV. My AppleTV is old and a used one, I basically bought it just to stream shows of my PC (since PS5 doesn’t do that natively anymore).

OMG, Retroarch on AppleTV is AMAZING!!! It handled everything I threw at it, and I could use an existing Xbox controller via Bluetooth. It’s incredible! And it’s using hardware I’m already using, no extra HDMI port. Highly recommend.
