Performance in 3.9. It was wonderful, now it's horrible

My specs:

Ryzen 5800x3D
RX 7800 XT
32G ram 3600mhz

Temps are all normal. Nothing was changed on my computer, nothing was installed, no mods were added other than the ones I already had.

Before in Customs I had about 120 fps, now i have arround 45 FPS and the game is full of shutters.

I notice that, even with the character still, the FPS varies between 45 and 63. It never stabilizes.

Does anyone know what might have happened?
