Camping Tomorrow (10/28)

Hi all!

I am moving to Seattle area soon for work, and drove out here to find a place to live. While most of my trip has been house hunting so far, I wanted to spend at least one night out in nature.

I brought rain gear, stove, my trusty zero-degree bag, tent, etc. and am looking for beautiful camping spots within ~1-2 hours of the city. I was thinking of finding somewhere in the mountains but realize that may be a lot more wet. A family friend who lives out here recommended island camping this time of year. I am from Minnesota and can handle the cold if a cold spot is a good spot!
